If you or someone you know is a SNAP beneficiary, we encourage you to buy fresh and local food at Kenosha HarborMarket. Just stop by the HarborMarket information booth on the west side of 2nd Ave to process your EBT card. You will be given tokens to shop for vegetables and fruit, meats, cheeses, fish and more from individual vendors. If buying the freshest food is not enough incentive, thanks to the generosity of donors, your SNAP benefits are matched up to $20 each week! Please note, procedures are likely to change starting in September, as the EBT card processor for farmers markets was changed by the Federal government. The availability of this service makes it super easy, but is not integral to offering SNAP benefits to HarborMarket shoppers. For more information read here.
