Whether it’s baking, snacking, cooking or bobbing, Brightonwoods Orchard has apple varieties for every need. With more than150 locally cultivated varieties, Brightonwoods Orchard brings different apples to market from mid-summer through October. Some are heirloom varieties, while others may be a bit more mainstream. Recognizable varieties include Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Cortland, Braeburn and Golden Delicious. Brightonwoods Orchard makes their own apple cider; don’t forget to pick up a gallon or two!
Brightonwoods Orchard is scheduled to participate every Saturday through the end of the year. Apples from Brightonwoods Orchard are grown on the 18-plus acre family farm in Burlington featuring 4,000 trees.
