Jay’s Mushrooms cultivates five varieties of mushrooms: portabella, crimini, white button, shiitake and oyster. Cultivated year round, these edible fungi are grown without chemicals, preservatives or growth enhancers. Ask Jay for suggestions on how to use them. In addition to fresh mushrooms, Jay’s Mushrooms brings a tempting selection of jarred goods including salsas, sauces, relishes, pickled mushrooms, and the customer favorite, Five Cheese Garlic Spread.

Mushrooms are grown and jarred goods are crafted in nearby Burlington. Jay’s Mushrooms, a seasoned HarborMarket vendor, is scheduled to attend the indoor market throughout November, Dec. 21 and then every other week starting March 7.
