Jay’s Mushrooms cultivates five varieties of mushrooms: portabella, crimini, white button, shiitake and oyster. Mushrooms are grown and jarred goods are crafted in nearby Burlington. Jay’s Mushrooms, a seasoned HarborMarket vendor, is scheduled to attend the indoor market throughout November, Dec. 21 and then every other week starting March 7.
