Farmers in our region offer more than just seasonal produce. Locally raised beef, pork, and poultry are among the offerings at the market each weekend. 

BSW Farm
 brings a variety of locally-raised meat selections every week. Depending on availability, choose from beef, bison, goat, lamb and more. Farm-fresh eggs are also available.

Green Fire Farm joins HarborMarket for the first time this season. This central-Wisconsin farm offers grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork and poultry. Free-range eggs are also available.

Welcome new vendor, Lester Bison Farm, to HarborMarket this June. Available in cuts by the pound, this flavorful meat is an alternative to beef, raised without hormones and pasture-fed. Also available are other meats, including chicken, pork, duck and more.

Racine-based Sherwood Game Farm offers various cuts of beef and pork, chickens, as well as quail, pheasant and other game birds. All animals are raised cage-free, antibiotic-free, hormone-free and steroid-free and are given a vegetarian diet.
